Luxolo Tombela

Luxolo combines deep cryptographic expertise with software, infrastructure and platform-engineering capability, enabling him to move from security requirement to implementable technical solution.

His career has included senior engineering and consulting responsibilities within major financial-services environments across South Africa, Europe, and North America. He has worked with security-critical systems in regulated settings and communicates across engineering, control, audit and executive audiences.

As LXL’s Founder and Chief Consultant, Luxolo can serve as technical lead, solution architect, specialist engineer or remediation-workstream lead. Where broader delivery capacity is required, he can define roles and manage additional specialists through LXL.

Zukisani Mtyingili

Zukisani is a cybersecurity and security engineering specialist with deep experience across enterprise PKI, cryptography, Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), certificate lifecycle management, cloud security, and digital trust within highly regulated financial-services environments.

His expertise spans security architecture, cryptographic infrastructure, key and certificate management, TLS, AWS security, security controls, and the design of resilient security platforms at enterprise scale.

As CTO and Principal Consultant at LXL Technology Services, Zukisani helps shape the company’s technical direction while working closely with clients to turn complex security requirements into practical, secure, and sustainable technology solutions. His work bridges the gap between security strategy, architecture, engineering, and implementation.
